Edifier Online Store Return Policy

At Edifier, we're confident that you'll love your purchase. However, if for any reason you're not completely satisfied, you may return the product within 30 days of purchase for a full refund. Please follow the steps outlined below to initiate a return:

  1. Contact our customer service team and obtain an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number.
  2. Pack the product in its original packaging, including all accessories and manuals.
  3. Indicate the RMA number on the outside of the package. Returns without an RMA number will not be accepted.
  4. Send the return to the address provided by the customer service representative, using a traceable carrier like UPS or FedEx for proof of delivery.
  5. You are responsible for shipping charges, unless the product is defective or there was a shipping error on our part.

Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment and may take up to 30 days to show on your account.

Headphones and Earbuds Return Policy

Due to health and safety concerns, Edifier will no longer accept returns on headphones and earbuds during the COVID-19 pandemic. These items are considered FINAL sale.

Last Chance Deal Clearance Product Replacement Policy

Clearance products in our "Last Chance Deal" category are FINAL sale and cannot be returned for a credit or refund. However, if the product is proven to be defective, it can be returned for a replacement only.

Certified Refurbished Products Replacement Policy

Refurbished products sold by Edifier are considered FINAL sale and cannot be returned for a credit or refund. If a refurbished product is found to be defective, it may be returned for a replacement within 14 calendar days of receipt. The replacement product will be an Edifier speaker, headphone, or earphone, as determined by Edifier North America or the authorized service provider.
